The initiative to build the monument honouring Serb victims was filed by the Coalition of Refugee Associations in Serbia and the monument should be officially unveiled on August 4 to mark the 20th anniversary of the suffering and banishment of Serbs in Croatia’s Operation Storm.

The monument honouring Serb victims will be built with the funds granted by the City of Belgrade.

  1. The conflict goes back in time. I am not sure that a monument can heal the wounds…
I am glad, though, to see something done for the Serbians as well as they have been constantly vilified.
